Beloved, I am excited to report the Great Things God has done, and is doing in my life!  After coming home to the Hampton Roads area to share in the care-giving for my mother, we celebrated her home-going with joy and sorrow, peace and pain, but most of all Hope (confident expectation) that we will be with her again…whole…happy…and eternally!

Since then, God has directed my attention to His assignment(s) for me in this fall season of my life!  What a joy it is to know that He is still not through with me yet….and that my latter days are destined to be greater than the years we’ve already shared!  What a glorious thought!!!  

So here goes:
He has graciously allowed me to participate in the revitalization of the cities of Hampton and Newport News Virginia where I now reside!  Historical restoration; Spiritual revival; Urban renewal and renaissance; Generational recovery and community pride is taking shape! Effectual Fervent Prayer is working!!!  
To this end God has given me the following vision for Phase I of my assignment for this aspect of His Kingdom advancement:

A new training facility (KTC) to house life classes for Tweens and Teens, Single parents and the community at large. Classes will cover career path options, vocational workshops, parenting, educational seminars, technology, business, civics, the arts, Kingdom principles and whatever else God orders. It will be an oasis of hope and empowerment for all who attend!
